How do I set up a home inspection?
An inspection can be done any time, although most are arranged after an offer that is conditional upon inspection is made. Daylight is mandatory for roofing and exterior inspections.

Can I attend the inspection?
We encourage you to attend the inspection. It represents an excellent opportunity for you to familiarize yourself with the property's technical features. We spend approximately three hours with you in an interactive process during which you will learn the status of the mechanical, structural and finish components of your new home.

Do I receive some sort of written report?
Yes, you receive a comprehensive binder at the close of your inspection.

What do you look at?
We inspect the major systems of the house. These include the Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Water Supply and Drainage, Plumbing, Insulation and Interior Finishing.

If it's really bad, will you tell us not to buy the house?
No, Our inspector's goal is to report fairly on the condition of the house indicating potential repairs and expenses.
